Mk88 is more than just a betting platform. We are a community of Malaysian sports and entertainment fans who share the same passion — a fair, safe, and enjoyable experience for every member.
mk88 began operations in 2018 with a clear goal: to build an online sports betting and casino platform genuinely designed for Malaysians. Not simply copying an overseas platform model and swapping out the interface language, but crafting an experience built around how Malaysians actually play, what they value, and which sports are closest to their hearts.
Founder mk88 is a group of Malaysians who had personally experienced the frustration of using overseas platforms — platforms that didn't support DuitNow or Touch 'n Go eWallet, whose customer support couldn't communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, and whose odds for the Malaysia Super League were far weaker than those for European leagues because their editorial teams simply didn't follow local football. That frustration was the driving force behind building mk88 from the ground up as a platform built with Malaysian users in mind first.
Seven years on, mk88 has grown into one of the most trusted online Sports Betting and casino platforms among Malaysian users, with over 500,000 registered members. The platform now covers more than 30 sports with over 500 live matches daily, a library of over 1,200 slots and Live Casino table games, and 24/7 customer support in Bahasa Malaysia — all while staying true to the core values that have guided it from the start: integrity, security, and a commitment to local players.
What sets mk88 is not just the technology or the extensive game library — though we take pride in both. What truly sets us apart is a deep understanding of the Malaysian context. We know how much a Saturday night JDT match means to Johor football fans. We understand that our players might be watching badminton on Astro while placing bets on their smartphones through mk88. We know that Hari Raya Aidilfitri is a time when many Malaysian families come together — and we celebrate it with our members through special promotions.
mk88's Mission: Delivering the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online sports betting and entertainment experience for every Malaysian — respecting local values, supporting local payment methods, and communicating in a language our users truly understand.

The principles behind every decision we make for Malaysian players
No hidden terms, no deliberately obscured conditions. Every mk88 promotion and bonus is explained clearly so players know exactly what they are claiming before clicking "Agree".
The security of players' data and funds is an absolute priority. mk88 continuously invests in the latest security infrastructure to ensure every MYR and every piece of member information is fully protected.
Mk88 odds are calculated from real market data — not skewed in favour of the platform. Our slots RTP is independently audited, ensuring every player gets a fair chance on every spin.
Mk88 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools for players to set betting limits, deposit limits, and temporary self-exclusion options — because our members' wellbeing takes priority over any business gain.
From a small platform with a few hundred members to a community of over 500,000 Malaysian players — the journey mk88 is a reflection of trust built one step at a time.
When you register with mk88, you are not just opening a betting account — you are joining a community built on concrete commitments. Not empty slogans, but promises you can measure and hold us accountable to.
First, your withdrawal is processed within 3 minutes via local payment methods. This is not a target — it is our operating standard. If your withdrawal takes longer than that without any explanation given to you, mk88 wants you to contact our support team so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Second, the odds you see on mk88 are genuine odds based on real market data — not manipulated to maximise platform margins. We calculate our sportsbook margin openly and strive to keep it among the most competitive in the Malaysian market. Players who compare odds mk88 with other platforms for Malaysia Super League and EPL matches consistently find a significant difference.
Third, the bonuses we offer are bonuses that can genuinely be claimed. Our rollover requirements are among the most competitive in the industry — 25x for slots bonuses, compared to industry norms that can go as high as 50x or 60x. We believe bonuses should add real value for players, not serve as a marketing trap that is nearly impossible to clear.
We are accountable to you: If you experience any issue with your account, payments, or games at mk88, our support team is committed to delivering a first response in under 5 minutes via Live Chat. Member satisfaction isn't just a marketing KPI for us — it's how we measure whether we're doing our job right.

External recognition validating mk88's commitment to quality and trust
mk88 believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal problems. That's why we invest seriously in responsible gaming tools and support.
Every account mk88 comes equipped with tools to manage daily deposit limits, weekly betting limits, and the option to take a temporary break from play for a set period — from 24 hours up to 6 months. These tools are designed to be easily accessible from your account settings page without needing to contact customer support.
If you or someone you know feels that gaming is starting to affect daily life, finances, or relationships — please seek help. mk88 works with Malaysian mental health support organisations and can help connect you with the right resources. Your wellbeing matters far more than any bet.
One of the things we are most proud of about mk88 is our relationship with the Malaysian sporting community. We are not just a platform waiting for players to come and bet — we are an active participant in the local sports ecosystem who believes that fan engagement through Sports Betting is part of what makes being a sports fan a richer experience.
In the context of football, mk88 follows the Malaysia Super League very closely — not just to set odds, but because our sports editorial team are genuine Malaysian football fans themselves. They watch the matches, monitor player injuries, understand the rivalry dynamics between clubs, and factor in elements like home stadium atmosphere that can influence team performance. This knowledge produces Malaysia Super League odds that are fairer and more reflective of reality than international platforms that treat local leagues as a secondary market.
For badminton, mk88 holds a very special place in our hearts. Malaysia is a world badminton powerhouse — names like Lee Chong Wei, Datuk Lee Zii Jia, Ng Tze Yong, Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik are national sporting heroes followed passionately by millions of Malaysian fans. When they compete in international tournaments, mk88 ensures full coverage with competitive odds, comprehensive statistics, and live score updates refreshed as quickly as possible.
Beyond traditional sports, mk88 also covers e-sports, which are increasingly popular among Malaysian youth. Dota 2, CS2, League of Legends, and Mobile Legends matches are all available on the betting platform mk88, reflecting the reality that esports has become an integral part of modern Malaysian sports culture. We welcome players from all generations and all sporting interests.
Beyond sports, our slots and Live Casino game collection mk88 is also designed with Malaysian players' tastes in mind. Eastern-themed games such as Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways, and a variety of Asia-inspired slots have been warmly received by our players. This is no coincidence — it is the result of thorough market research into what Malaysian users genuinely enjoy.
Thanks to the mk88 community: Every one of our 500,000+ members is the reason we keep pushing to do better. Your feedback — whether positive or critical — is the fuel that drives continuous improvement at mk88. We listen, we learn, and we act.
